Jennifer Kirby returns as Valerie Dyer to the eighth series of Call The Midwife which begins on Sunday 13th January, BBC1 at 8pm. Trevor Cooper also returns to the show as Sergeant Woolf. Juliet Oldfield can be seen in episode 8 on Sunday 3rd March. Philip Wright and Laura Howard can be seen in episode 6 on Sunday 17th February. Sarah Belcher and Jadie Rose Hobson can be seen in episode 5 on Sunday 10th February. Harry Haynes can be seen in the first episode in the role of Ned Whyte.
